Leah Pinault is a Doula, Mindfulness-Based Childbirth Educator, Herbalist, and Health and Life Coach. Known for her gentle spirit, big heart, soothing presence, and curious mind, Leah is a facilitator of healing and empowerment throughout all stages of one’s life. While she focuses on women’s health, she believes in the power of evidence-based education as a means of self-advocacy and of human connection as a means of healing for all, regardless of identity. Leah is available for pregnancy and birth support, one on one coaching sessions, and educational workshops, and she offers various online resources for continued curiosity and growth. Leah’s purpose is to empower and hold space as you walk through life’s transformations, in birth and health and beyond.
Originally from small-town Minnesota, Leah moved to NYC and served the community as a full spectrum Doula across hospitals, homes, and at Planned Parenthood. She has always been passionate about health and alternative medicine, which became fully realized as she set out and healed her own post-birth control syndrome. After graduating, she pursued her passion by joining ArborVitae to study herbalism, and is currently pursuing her certificate as a functional medicine health coach. Eventually, city life caught up with her and she now calls the coast of New Jersey home, which she shares with her beloved.
